Plex does not store the files you have on your computer. It’s only using your computer’s hard drive space to store your Plex library, so it won’t know what you have unless you choose to share those files with it. However, in order to keep the Plex server running smoothly, Plex will periodically scan your computer for newly added files.
This is done automatically if you have Automatic Backup enabled in the settings menu of your Plex server. This can also be turned off if you do not want Plex to scan your computer for new media. If this is set to Manual, Plex will check for new media daily and warn you when a new item has been added.
In addition to just scanning for new media additions, Plex also scans for changes in media items within your library. These are used by Plex to determine what items are playing and when. For example, a movie that was previously playing could now be paused or stopped by another user adding that movie to their own library.
These changes are stored locally on your computer and thus not stored in the cloud at all.
How To Delete Instagram Messages Permanently On Mobile With Android Or Iphone
Instagram Direct Messages are private and only visible to you and the person you’re sending them to. They’re like a mini version of Snapchat that lets you quickly send photos, videos, or text messages directly to people on Instagram.
While this convenience is great for keeping in touch with your friends and family, it can also be used as an opportunity for hackers to collect information about you.
Proponents of the “I have nothing to hide” argument often claim that nobody should care because nobody’s looking at your Instagram Direct Messages. But this is untrue. Your Instagram Direct Messages (and even your public posts) are always being processed by Instagram servers.
In other words, anyone can see everything you post on Instagram—including those private messages.
There are two ways that someone could access your private Instagram Direct Messages: if they have access to your phone while it’s connected to a WiFi network or if they somehow intercept your phone signal from a distance. In both cases, hackers can see all of the photos and messages you receive on your account.
What Happens When You Permanently Delete Your Instagram Account?
There are a few things you can do to make sure your Instagram messages are deleted when you delete your account. First, check the “deleted” status of any message threads you left on Instagram. If they’re still there, you may need to force-delete them manually.
Second, go into your Instagram settings and make sure that the “Delete all messages” option is checked. Finally, delete all your messages from third-party apps like Mail or Google Inbox. This will ensure that any unsent messages from those apps don’t show up in your main inbox.
While there are several strategies for keeping your Instagram account active after you’ve deleted it, there’s no guarantee that all of these steps will work for you. Some people delete their accounts and then immediately start using other social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. Others keep their photos online by using an app like Stickygram or Instapaper.
And some people simply leave their account dormant until they’re ready to get back in the game.
Whatever strategy works best for you, just remember that deleting an Instagram account is only one step in a long process of keeping your brand relevant and engaging with your customers.

How Do I Delete My Chat History On Instagram?
In order to protect your messages, Instagram safeguards them by deleting them after you delete your account. Depending on the privacy settings you have on your account, they can potentially be deleted permanently. While they may not be gone forever, it’s best to leave them out of the reach of prying eyes and make sure they are never saved.
This not only protects your privacy, but also prevents a breach in security.
There are two ways to prevent this from happening: delete your account, or manually delete messages that you no longer want to keep.
