You can reset your Pottermore account by logging in through a different computer and phone. You can also reset your password if you forgot it, or if someone else is using it. Once you’re back on the site, click on the “Forgot Your Password?
” link. This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address and a message to help you remember what happened.
One more thing: If you ever want to delete your account, go to the “My Account” page, then click on the “Delete Account” button.
Just confirm that this is what you want to do before making it permanent.
Wizarding World Account Reset To To Retake House And Patronus Quizzes
Why is a reset needed? The first and most important reason for a Wizarding World reset is to take advantage of the opportunity to retake the Patronus and House quizzes, both of which are currently only available to Patrons who have completed the main story and taken the Patronus quiz. With a reset, you can re-take both quizzes without losing progress.
Additionally, if you have played through the main story, but not taken the House quiz or Patronus quiz, it’s possible that your score for either could be lower than it should be. A reset will let you retake these quizzes and improve your overall score for these tests. Additionally if you have played at least 5 hours of Harry Potter: Wizards Unite before July 18th then you can complete a quest that will earn you one extra house point (10 instead of 9).
This quest can be done whenever between level 5 – 50.

The house system at Pottermore is a great way to help you find your niche. Not only is it nice to know where you’re most likely to find your favorite characters, it can also be helpful in sorting out some of the more complex characters.
But there is one way you can change house without doing anything major: by changing the sorting order.
This is very simple, and easy to do. Just go to your sorting page, pick which order you would like your house to be sorted in, and click save.
And that’s all there is to it!
You have now changed your sorting order. So next time you visit Pottermore, you won’t see your old house as a option until after you’ve been sorted.
You may even want to change back again when you discover that your new house isn’t quite right for you after all.
Can You Delete Your Pottermore Account And Start Over?
There is no way to delete your Pottermore account. The only way to start over is to create a new profile (using the same email address) and start over from scratch. The deletion of your account doesn’t mean you are losing any of your content or experience on Pottermore; it just means that you need to start over by creating a new profile.
Once you have created a new profile, you can use the same username, password, and other settings as before.
To delete your account, log in to your existing Pottermore profile and click on Account Settings. Then click Remove Account in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Use caution when deleting an account; if you do not want your content to be accessible again after deleting your account, make sure to remove all content from your account before deactivating it.
Can I Retake My Pottermore?
You can retake any of your quizzes on Pottermore, but they won’t count towards your progress. However, if you get a question wrong you can restart the quiz and answer the question again. If you get three questions wrong in one quiz, or two questions wrong in two quizzes, you will have to start from the beginning of a new quiz.
Can I retake my House points?
No! They are permanent, and cannot be reset.
